An evening of movement and deep relaxation. Forrest yoga teaches us about the ways we unnecessarily create tension in our body and how to release that with awareness. Learn to move with greater ease as you cultivate strength in body, mind and spirit. After yoga you will have a long rest where you can unwind into a profound state of stillness with the healing vibrations from live musical instruments such as singing bowls and vocal harmonies. These sounds are proven to reduce anxiety and promote healing on many levels! A space for you to feel strong, supported, held and relaxed.
