The practice of Yin yoga works you through a series of guided and supported poses, each held for several minutes. You’ll start to cultivate an awareness of your body, learn how to let go and find a deep sense of relaxation within the poses, which ultimately leads to less stress, greater stamina and a more balanced mind and body.
Regular, yin yoga practice is the best way to hit pause and get some guilt free downtime so you can show up in life at your best no matter what it throws at you.
