A seasonal series of 4 sessions to dip into by session or guide yourself through a wellness journey and attend all four*.
Each Sunday evening the 105 min (1hr45 min) session will bring the benefits of targeted yoga and mindfulness practices to you, in your own home.
Each of the sessions has a theme, as follows`:
Session 1 (Sun 8 Nov) – The 3 R’s: rest, recharge and reflect
Session 2 (Sun 22 Nov) – Sampling and savouring serenity
Session 3 (Sun 6 Dec) – Hankering for hibernation
Session 4 (Sun 20 Dec) – Cultivating calm by candlelight
