Looking to lose weight? Improve mental health? Get fit? Socialise? Build your confidence? Get outside?Our walks are designed to help you move forward. Helping to improve your physical and mental health.
This 2 hr Walking Forward walk will see us exploring Beecraigs country park.
There are only 8 spaces available.The Thursday evening is a free event. You must be booked in to attend and we will hold your personal contact details for the purposes of track and trace.The event runs every Thursday evening from 19:00-21:00 and is led by Sean, a qualified mountain leader who also holds First aid, Mental Health First aid, Cognitive behavioural therapy and other certificatesFor a booking form please email
