Neil Hannon celebrates 30 years as The Divine Comedy, presenting a glorious selection of songs from across their career, in this special live streamed concert.
This very special show marks the release of Venus, Cupid, Folly and Time, a career-spanning 30th anniversary boxset of The Divine Comedy’s recordings. Over the course of the evening they will perform hits and fan favourites from across their oeuvre – the songs that marked Hannon as one of the finest singer songwriters of his generation.
In 1990 musical history was made when a twenty-year old Neil Hannon signed his first record deal and began releasing one records under the name The Divine Comedy. 30 years, twelve magnificent albums and hundreds of spellbinding shows later, Neil Hannon is considered by many to be a national treasure.
This show comes ahead of their planned 2021 five-night residency – during which Neil Hannon and The Divine Comedy will perform ten of their classic albums in full.
