This online live session is to support our overall Wellbeing through self-care.

In this 2 hour session you will experience and learn some tips to support your self-care. Including:
– Face Yoga techniques to support releasing tension from your face and head area.
– Self-Shiatsu techniques – to support the release of tension in the body
– Qigong experience – gentle, slow movement to support awareness and health of the body
– Experience a deeper relaxation with a Yoga Nidra practice

This session is suitable for all, there will be no mat based yoga or strong physical exercise involved.

Payment details and the Zoom link & passcode will be shared upon booking.

Please note you will need to sign up in advance at zoom.us, choose to register for the FREE version of the Zoom app.
You will need to have a space in your location to join the session and be able to practice yoga asana safely. We will also ask you to complete a medical form to support us teaching you yoga practices remotely.
