Repair Cafe

We are hosting our first ever Repair Cafe on Saturday 16th March between 10am and 1pm. Bring along your broken things and we’ll do our best to fix them!

• First Step Bikes will be running their popular Dr. Bike session for all your bike repair needs.
• Computer Repair wizard Sotiris from the excellent Edinburgh Remakery will be available to work on laptops, smartphones, tablets and PC’s.
• Our very own Administrator Susan will be tackling your textile woes with her trusty sewing box and our brand new sewing machine.
• Members of our dedicated Tool Rescue team will be on hand for tool maintenance, including sharpening of chisels, plane irons and garden tools.

Please note there may be a bit of a wait while a suitable repairer is available to work with you, but plenty of free refreshments are available while you wait.

If we are unable to mend your item we can provide information on how to dispose of it correctly.
