OPAL provides two walking groups in Linlithgow and Bathgate that meet fortnightly for hour-long walks in each area.
The groups aim to be inclusive for as wide a range of abilities as possible, and volunteers will be there to provide assistance.
New walks will be chosen by group members as the sessions progress, so this is your chance to show others your favourite routes and places of local interest. Although the group is primarily intended to support those in the local area age 60+, all ages are welcome to join.
