With Spring fast approaching it’s time to shake off the hibernation of Winter and move your body.
Are you ready to get back to in-person classes?

Slow yoga combines breath and movement in this gentle but deep approach to traditional yoga asana.
This class is dynamic and will stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body from your head to your toes, but it will do so in a soothing, and relaxing way. Whether you’re an occasional yogi or experienced practitioner you’ll benefit from these light, creative sequences that will leave you feeling more relaxed and with greater freedom in your body.
