Fisherman's Friends

Join Linlithgow Film Society and watch Fisherman’s Friends. A 2019 biographical comedy-drama directed by Chris Foggin. The film is based on a true story about a group of Cornish fishermen from Port Isaac . Signed by Universal Records they achieved a top 10 hit with their debut album of traditional sea shanties. The film stars an ensemble cast headed by Daniel Mays, James Purefoy and Tuppence Middleton. David Hayman, Noel Clarke, Dave Johns, Maggie Steed, Sam Swainsbury and Christian Brassington play key supporting roles
