Baby Reflexology Class

Learn some simple foot reflexology techniques that can help you connect with your little one, and let you help relieve the symptoms of constipation, colic, reflux, teething coughs and colds.

Catherine is a fully qualified reflexologist and massage therapist, who will guide you through some routines you can use anytime with your little one. Suitable for babies from 4 weeks.
