| Time commitment: | As little or as much time you have available |
| Role description: | The hosting of, mainly, school parties and youth organisations visiting Linlithgow Canal Society at the Linlithgow Canal Basin |
| Main tasks: | Explaining the history of the Union Canal (200 years old this year) to parties and liaising with the museum curator over visits of parties to the museum (Scotland’s only Canal museum and recognised by Museum Scotland) |
| Required skills, qualities, and experience | While experience would be preferred, enthusias is the main quality required. Your own laptop would be useful but one might be obtainable. Might suit someone with a teaching background |
