Let's Go Linlithgow is your local Jog Scotland group for Linlithgow and the surrounding area. Let's Go Linlithgow sessions are free and are led by our team of Jog Leaders. We have regular weekly groups as well as Couch to 5K programmes in the Spring and Autumn. We are supported by Linlithgow Athletic Club.
We have several weekly sessions. Wednesday evenings 6:30pm for a run of 45 minutes to an hour. Friday mornings 9:30am for a 30 minute run. We also have a Walk/Talk group on Thursday mornings at 10:30am which meets for a 30 minute walk. All our groups meet at the Cricket Club car park.
Let's Go Linlithgow is a great way to get active. Our sessions are free. No one is too slow and no one gets left behind. If you're just starting out we offer a 10 week Couch to 5K programme twice a year. Our jogging groups on Wednesdays and Fridays are for all abilities. If you prefer walking or can't manage jogging just now try our weekly Walk/Talk group.
