Role Description
Management of Linlithgow Arts Guild’s website
Main tasks
Migrate website from Joomla to more universally used web environment. Linlithgow Arts Guild’s website uses Joomla. It has recently been migrated to a new host who does not provide technical support for support of Joomla, which we understand is becoming dated. We wish to migrate to a more universally accepted environment. We need to find someone who would happy to undertake this project and, on an ongoing basis , maintain and manage the website.
Linlithgow Arts Guild(SCIO) is a registered charity and a voluntary organisation. Ideally we are seeking a candidate who would like to take on the project and ongoing role on a voluntary basis and, also ideally to participate in Linlithgow Arts Guild’s committee management of the organisation. However, participation on the committee is not essential.
Required skills, qualities, and experience
Experience of website building and management
Training and support available
Hand-over from existing voluntary admin
Any other requirements
