These Pregnancy Yoga classes for trimesters 2 and 3 provide a calm, friendly and safe environment for you to connect to your body, your baby and your breath throughout pregnancy. Gentle yet challenging stretching and strengthening exercises are combined with breath work, meditation and relaxation techniques to prepare your body and mind for childbirth and early motherhood. A great way to meet other pregnant women and share the experience of pregnancy with other local mums to be.
