Our post-natal yoga class focuses on mum’s recovery following on from birth. Stretching, gentle yet challenging and progressive strengthening, tension release and relaxation. A safe space for you to focus on regaining energy, headspace & strength, no matter what kind of day you and baby are having. You are welcome to feed, soothe, change and ‘just be’ with your baby, whilst moving, breathing a little deeper and connecting with other mums. You can attend this class following on from your 6 week GP check (12 weeks if c-section or surgical intervention).
