This block of 5 classes runs from the 18th of April to the 16th of May at Linlithgow Cricket Club.
All levels are welcome to this gentle flow class combining the fluid movement of Hatha yoga with powerful breathwork.
Slow doesn’t mean easy. Practicing slow flow means fewer transitions but the ones that happen are intentional and deliberate.
Slow flow encourages meditative movements that increase your strength and improve your flexibility all while relaxing your mind.
The slower pace of the class allows time to explore the postures, discovering physical challenges, and allowing space to reflect on and refine your movements.
Slow down to speed up and learn to use the power of the pause in your daily life.
