Long Shot

Join Linlithgow Film Society and watch Long Shot. A 2019 American romantic comedy film directed by Jonathan Levine and written by Dan Sterling and Liz Hannah. The plot follows Fred a journalist (Seth Rogen) who reunites with his former babysitter Charlotte (Charlize Theron). She is now the United States Secretary of State. A fish out of water in Charlotte’s elite team, Fred is unprepared for life in the limelight. However, sparks fly as their unmistakable chemistry leads to romance and a series of unexpected and dangerous incidents. O’Shea Jackson Jr., Andy Serkis, June Diane Raphael, Bob Odenkirk, and Alexander Skarsgård also star.
