Event Details

Join us for an inspiring conversation with Nipun Mehta about the joy and purpose which comes from living generously.

Could living more generously bring us greater fulfilment, inspire others and help create a happier world for everyone?

Join us for a heart-warming evening with Nipun Mehta, whose award-winning work to inspire everyday generosity has touched millions of lives around the world. At this special event Nipun will reflect on the challenges we face and how a more generous approach to life can bring significant ripples of positive change, especially in these times of crisis and uncertainty.

He’ll also share how being generous can unlock a profound inner transformation in each of us – or as Nipun likes to say: “being the change, changes the being“. He’ll help us discover how generosity can be the perfect prescription not just for stronger communities but for happier and more fulfilling lives for all of us.

About The Speaker

Nipun Mehta has a simple but profound mission for life: “Bring smiles in the world and stillness in my heart”. At age 25 he quit his job to become a “full time volunteer.” Nipun then founded ServiceSpace, a global community at the intersection of technology, volunteerism and gift-economy. ServiceSpace’s recent pandemic response has showcased the unique beauty of its ecosystem, with a global social movement of community builders cultivating love, nonviolence, selfless service and compassion. Their work has reached millions, attracted thousands of volunteers, and grown into numerous community-based projects. Nipun was honoured as an “unsung hero of compassion” by the Dalai Lama and President Obama appointed him to a council for addressing poverty and inequality. Yet the core of what strikes anyone who meets him is the way he approaches life: “I want to live simply, love purely, and give fearlessly. That’s me.

The event will be hosted by Dr Mark Williamson from Action for Happiness.
