Free Electric Vehicle Information Evening

Do you want to discover more about electric cars and how they can save emissions and costs? Come along to our free information evening on Thursday 14th March at 6:30pm. Find out about electric vehicles and take a look at a Nissan Leaf electric car.

In the past few years electric cars have really started to become viable alternatives to petrol and diesel cars. We’re inviting members of the public and local businesses to come along and learn more about electric vehicles – to see if an electric vehicle could be right for you when the time comes to replace your current car.

An impartial expert from Home Energy Scotland, a Scottish Government funded initiative, will tell us about the benefits of electric vehicles, as well as discussing available funding to help you make the switch, and other key considerations for switching to electric. They will also answer any questions you have about owning and driving electric cars.

We will have a Nissan Leaf at the event that you can see and potentially test drive, and there will be refreshments available.

The event will be held at Transition Linlithgow’s community hub – Unit 5, Braehead Road, Linlithgow, EH49 6EP – opposite Linlithgow Rose Football Club.
