Event Details

Shinrin Yoku is a Japanese term that translates literally as “Forest Bathing”. It is a very gentle practice that involves walking very slowly and mindfully through the forest. We help you to take in the forest environment with all of our different senses.

Cultivate your sense of presence and calm through guided meditation, mindfulness techniques, creative invitations and a foraged tea ceremony. A very special way to celebrate the seasons.  This help you to deepen your connection with mind, body & the more-than-human world.

We end each walk with a foraged tea ceremony using locally foraged herbs for the tea, and light, healthy snacks to mark the end of our session and allow a chance to ask the guide questions or chat further about the experience and practice.  This is a lovely way to learn about new plants and connect with nature’s medicine by physically taking in our forest experience
