Broompark Bed & Breakfast is located 2 miles from the historic town of Linlithgow. Semi-rural but yet ideally placed to reach all the main tourist attractions and cities. Janet is waiting to give you a hearty Scottish welcome.

Enjoy the homemade preserves and excellent cooking. At breakfast time you can choose from a full Scottish, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, vegetarian Early breakfast is also available by arrangement if required.

Broompark is a comfortable modern bungalow tastefully furnished throughout. There are two comfortable double rooms, one with an en-suite shower room, the other a shared bath/shower room.  The rooms boast TVs, hospitality trays and toiletries. In addition to bedrooms, guests can have full use of the lounge or conservatory.

Check-in/out can be arranged at a time to suit you if required.
