Bo'mains Farm & Kirkland House is a working arable farm with a modern farmhouse built to high standards in a prime position of bonnie Scotland midway between Edinburgh and Glasgow and the Gateway to the Highlands.

On entering the grand hallway at Bomains with its impressive and imposing Y shaped galleried staircase. A warm welcome awaits you serving complimentary afternoon tea with farmhouse home baking.  Our 6 en suite rooms overlook the magnificent views towards the historic town of Linlithgow and beyond.
