LSO 2019
Description:

A group of local musicians formed 'The Linlithgow String Orchestra' in May 2016. They were keen to establish a community orchestra for the Linlithgow area. The local Orchestra has many exciting opportunities. For example, BBC Radio Scotland featured the orchestra as part of BBC's virtual orchestra for the Proms. Finally, they had the opportunity to go to the Usher Hall in Edinburgh and watch Marin Alsop rehearse with the São Paulo Orchestra.

When and where do you meet?

Rehearsals are on Monday evenings at 7:30pm in the Masonic Lodge, Market Lane, Linlithgow, EH49 7AJ.  In order to work towards high-quality performances, attending regular rehearsals is important. For more information, you can visit our website. Information can also be found here.
