Linlithgow Folk Festival Association
The Linlithgow Folk Festival Association promotes traditional music, dance and song in all its various forms. This is by holding regular music sessions, concerts, ceilidhs and an annual five-day Festival. The Festival takes place in September.
Why might I be interested:
If you have an interest in traditional music then this is the chance to get involved. You can come along to any of our events. There is no charge for the sessions and concerts cost typically around £10. If you would like to volunteer then we are always looking for help to run our main events in March and September.
Where and when do you meet:
Linlithgow Folk Festival Association sessions run on the first Thursday of the month at 8:00 pm and the third Sunday of the month at 2:00 pm. They are held in the Black Bitch Tavern. Our concerts are usually held in Linlithgow Academy Theatre or the Linlithgow Rose Social Club - dates for these will be on the 'What's On pages' and on our website.
