Hot Scotch Sauce only contains chillies from Narrowboat Farm, carefully nurtured just two miles away on the outskirts of Linlithgow. Crafted and bottled in the shadows of Linlithgow Palace, Hot Scotch is a flavourful hot sauce of distinction and like no other with unparalelled local provenance.
Our story began in 2018 as we made permanent roots in Linlithgow and started experimenting with hot sauce recipes. Following a trip to the isle of Islay and returning to form a close relationship with Narrowboat Farm, we were inspired to craft a hot sauce combining the smoky flavour notes of Hebridean whisky with Scottish grown chillies
