In our classes after warming up, we will enjoy some strength building yoga poses, always with variations to suit your level, taking it up or down depending your body on the day.
Come join us on Sundays at 11:30 a.m. or a Monday at 6:30 p.m. for a wonderful set of yoga poses for all levels, designed to lift your spirits.
We calm the mind with a short meditation at the end.
