Join us for two and a half hours of yoga and mindfulness. With a break for a hot drink and a cake (to eat mindfully!), the session will end with a relaxing gong sound bath – if you haven’t experienced this before, you’re in for a treat.
Yoga and the gong sound bath will be led by Lindsey of Yoga~Nu~U and mindfulness by Susie of Pause & Breathe. Yoga and mindfulness are the perfect pairing, why not come along to find out more.
Don’t worry if you don’t have any experience in either Yoga or Mindfulness – we’re happy to work both with beginners or with folk with some experience. Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided, although you may wish to bring along your own. Bring a blanket to use during the relaxation that bridges our Yoga and Mindfulness offerings, this will help keep you cosy.
