Its time for my next class! Yin Yang Yoga! This combination of yoga helps with warming up the body first with dynamic poses (Yang) followed by Yin, a slower pace however still working hard by holding the poses for longer, to deepen and direct to the connective tissues that are harder to reach. The results are tremendously rewarding, as you tone and strengthen first, then release tightness and stiffness, aiming for easier movement day to day ! You will feel lengthened and calm!   Great for those with sedentary jobs or standing in one position, or even if you are getting back to exercise after timeout for any reason.
