Wee Three Indies are delighted to welcome Patrick Laurie. His beautiful account of his life as a farmer in ‘a vanishing land’ was shortlisted for the Wainwright Prize in 2020.. Native details his experiences of raising the Riggit Galloway. This is a rare breed of cattle that demands a very different rearing method than that offered by largescale industrial modern farming. We are very much looking forward to discussing this important book with Patrick as part of the #Wee Nature Fest!
