Wanderings & Windings: Port to Palace Walk

We’ll be walking up and over the hills between Bo’ness and Linlithgow as we follow part of the Wanderings and Windings Bo’ness and Linlithgow Ramble trail covering around 4 miles. This will be a gentle stroll though. We’ll meet at The Cross in Linlithgow, where a coach will take us over to Bo’ness so that we can walk back at our leisure, enjoying the spectacular views of the Forth as we go. Back at Linlithgow we’ll round off the afternoon with tea and cakes at the Burgh Cafe.

We will cover a mixture of paths, which can be muddy in places, so please ensure that you wear appropriate sturdy footwear. The weather can be unpredictable, please dress appropriately and bring anything you may need such as water.
