Event Details

Join Transition Linlithgow for a morning of tree planting at Beecraigs Country Park! Planting trees is a proven way to combat the effects of climate change and increase biodiversity in our local landscape.

This event is open to all ages but under 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. Remember to wear comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for walking through woodland. Some spades can be provided on the day, but please bring your own if you have them. We are helping to support the Scottish Forestry ‘Keep it Clean’ campaign, please see the link below for more information.

Meet at the Lochside carpark for 10am when we will make our way along to the site for a quick safety discussion and planting demonstration. The session will come to an end at 12:30pm however individuals are free to leave at any time – especially if your little ones get tired!
