Health and wellbeing promotion is very important to me, I have over 30yrs experience of supporting others become healthier.
I have been vegan for almost 10 years and eat plant based at every meal.

Food Diary: If you are interested in coming along, I recommend you keep a food diary for a week before attending and we can look at how it would be easiest to introduce plant based alternatives.
