Yin Yoga focuses on seated, supine and prone postures held for a time, allowing your muscles time to relax and release so the connective tissue can release. Yin is a great balance to more rigorous classes and can improve joint health over time.

When your life is already full on, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲 and grind in your downtime. You need the balance…to tap into your superpower of slow!
