Yin yoga is the antidote to a busy lifestyle providing a space to pause and take time for you.

It recognises the uniqueness of each of us – this is not a one size fits all class. Highly adaptable, each pose is explored by the individual with a focus on feeling more and thinking less.

When you take a yin class be prepared to:
slow down – the pace of a Yin Yoga class is slow, simple and quiet.
become still – you might feel squirmy and uncomfortable at first but you’ll soon learn to embrace the stillness
wait – poses are held for a time, so your body and mind have lots of space to relax
So if you crave a better sleep, a more meditative practice accessible no matter your shape, size or health you’re invited!
