It is a dynamic practice that has an impact on all aspects of your physical, mental and spiritual being. It combines breath work, physical exercises, meditation and mantras to strengthen the nervous system so that we can withstand the stress of daily life.
If you are physically unable to sit on the floor, there is also the option of sitting on a chair as the movements can be easily modified.
