Event Details

Kettlercise is a high volume low intensity all over body workout.  This workout session is delivered in a 40 minute heart pumping, fat burning muscle sculpting class routine.

(Minimum equipment required, just 1x kettlebell & possibly a gym matt for comfort)

All classes are suitable for beginners!
