Douglas Method classes are designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals through expertly designed exercises, modified to your needs.  Because my classes are limited a maximum of 12 people, you will get plenty of personal attention.

Douglas Method classes are suitable for all levels of ability, however, depending on the severity of your issues, you may benefit more from a one-to-one clinical consultation. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss any specific issues/concerns.

Places must be booked in advance. Please contact me to check availability of spaces and book.

Class fees are £8.00 per session, payable in blocks of 10 (weekly) sessions, i.e. £80.  Blocks run over 10 consecutive weeks.  If you miss a class for any reason (e.g. you can’t make it one week) you may redeem that missed session by attending a session at any of the other classes listed above instead, within the 10 weeks.

Please note, I don’t offer one-of/pay-as-you-go sessions. This is because of the close attention I give to students, and the extra input beginners need.  However,  you can arrange to observe a class before signing up.  Please do have a chat with me if you have any questions about this.
