Event Details

Burgh Beautiful Linlithgow has organised a second public consultation event on its proposals to erect sculptures celebrating Linlithgow’s iconic ‘Black Bitch’ and ‘St Michael and the Serpent/Dragon’, as depicted on the town’s ancient burgh seal and coats of arms.

In response to comments received, we have been working with the two selected sculptors to refine the designs.  You are invited to find out more and to make comments on the revised proposals
ON: Wednesday 29 May, open from 2.30-7.30pm AT: The Low Port Centre.
Also on show will be an exhibition of the work of primary school pupils in Linlithgow relating to the ‘Black Bitch’ and St Michael.

Can’t come? – See the information on our website at https://lbt.scot/burgh-beautiful/sculpture-project – then comment by emailing [email protected]

OR: Visit the display at the BID office in the Vennel opposite the former library on Monday 27 May until Thursday 30 May open from 9am–3pm (except closes at 1.30pm on 29 May).

Please register your opinion so that we can have a genuinely representative view.
