In this simple Beginner Hatha Yoga class you will introduced to the benefits and breathing practices of this type of yoga. Establishing a sense of how to ground into your feet and feel the earth below you. Hatha yoga is aimed at integrating mind, body and spirit to achieve a sense of enlightenment. Through the practice of yoga postures and breath control you will learn the foundation of your yoga practice with a guided relaxation at the end.
