‘Hit the Barre’ adult ballet classes are aimed at beginner and improver level but those with previous experience can work to their own ability. The class follows the structure of a typical ballet class with a warmup, barre work, ports de bras, centre work and allegro… And if you don’t know what that all means, come along and find out!
